What to include

• Your order number, if your message is about an order.
• For a damaged, defective or incorrect item: photos of the item, the packaging and the outer box.
• For a return: the item you want to return.
• For a product question: the name or link of the mirror you are looking at.

Our business address is for business correspondence and legal notices. It is not a return address. Please contact us before you send anything back, and we will email you a prepaid return label and the right return address.
